- Lotus Notes 7 Replication* - Version 5.0 supports replication of Lotus Notes databases Versions 5 through Version 7. Mobile teams can now instantly and securely replicate Lotus Notes 7 databases directly between clients. *Colligo Workgroup for Lotus Notes is required.
- Microsoft XP & Vista Support - Version 5.0 supports the latest Microsoft operating system releases, which feature significant upgrades in support for security and wireless technologies. Version 5.0 now supports Microsoft Vista Enterprise, Business, and Ultimate versions. Support for the Microsoft XP family has been extended to include the SP3 service pack.
- Better Wireless Support with Vista - The wireless device card control was upgraded to use the Microsoft Wireless LAN API for increased reliability, compatibility, and interoperability with the latest generation of WiFi devices and wireless card control managers.
- 2007 Calendar Sharing - Mobile teams using Microsoft Outlook 2007 can now share their calendars using Version 5.0, improving group planning and scheduling.
